　　科技部2012年公务员考录专业考试和面试公告

　　

　　1.请所有进入我部专业考试和面试名单人员(附件1)于2012年1月20日前通过电子邮件确认是否参加，并于2月7日前通过邮寄方式提供1寸近期免冠彩色照片2张和以下材料的复印件：

　　(1)身份证、工作证或学生证。

　　(2)准考证、报名登记表(可从国家公务员局公务员考录专题网站下载);应届毕业生的报名推荐表(可从国家公务员局公务员考录专题网站下载，表格上须注明培养方式，如因学校放假原因无法盖章可用就业推荐表替代)，在职人员的单位人事部门同意报考证明(如所在单位未制作工作证，需在同意报考证明中注明在现工作单位工作开始时间和当前职位)。

　　(3)各学习阶段毕业证书和学位证书，有留学经历人员的留学归国人员证明和学历学位认证书。科研条件与财务司和国家科学技术奖励工作办公室职位需提供CET-6合格证书或425分以上的成绩单。

　　如未能在规定时限之内进行确认并提供有关材料(以邮寄时间为准)，经进一步核实后将按照有关规定取消有关人员的专业考试及面试资格，并报国家公务员局予以递补。有关材料主要信息不实，影响资格审查结果的，将取消其参加专业考试和面试的资格，并报国家公务员局备案。

　　2.我部2012年公务员考录专业考试和面试时间为2月22日至2月24日，详情见附件2。请参加考生2月22日10：00到科技部机关大厅报到(地点见附件3)，并同时提供以上材料原件进行复核。考生未提前两天通知自行不参加面试的，将视为放弃面试资格，并报国家公务员局备案。

　　3.2012年2月22日我部统一将所有考生带到集中面试地点,请携带必要的衣物及随身物品，期间的食宿由我部统一安排。

　　4.2012年2月23日为综合考察活动，请携带适宜进行简单室内活动的服装和鞋。

　　5.我部将按照综合成绩从高到低的顺序，等额确定参加体检和考察的人选，综合成绩的计算方法为：公共科目笔试总成绩占50%，专业考试成绩占15%，面试成绩占35%。对参加面试人数少于3人的职位，考生面试成绩应达到当天面试考官组面试的所有人员的平均分方可进入体检和考察。
