英语四级考试高分经验大揭秘

　　我是湖南大学日语专业的一名大三学生，在今年6月的四级考试中拿到了673分，单项成绩分别为：听力228，阅读249，综合63，写作133。

　　老实说刚开始看到这个成绩时自己都不敢相信，因为虽说我平时英语成绩还算不错，但也就是年级里的中上水平，演讲比赛、英语能力竞赛年年都参加，但从来都是在海选阶段就铩羽而归。

　　这些并不是场面话或是表明自己很谦逊之类的，我的中心思想是——就算你的英语不是那么突出，通过一段时间系统科学的复习，是很有可能在四六级考试中取得一个理想的分数的。

　　下面和大家分享一些我的经验，希望对正在备考的同学们有所帮助。

　　1.单词是基础

　　大家一定有过这样的经历，在一篇阅读文章中，如果生词太多就根本无法阅读下去，所以说，在四级备考的过程中，如不先具备一定的单词量，就很难将备考进行下去。很多人觉得单词应靠平时积累、并不赞同这种考前突击背单词的方式，但我认为平时的积累固然重要，然而为了通过考试买一本词汇书(书上一定要有记忆方法)是很有必要的。单词量大的同学有空时翻一翻查漏补缺就行，基础相对薄弱的同学就应抽出一定的时间专门背单词。

　　当然，单词的记忆方法也是有讲究的。首先是时间问题。建议大家抽一个没人打扰的长假进行自己的背单词计划。我是用了一个星期每天八小时把四级单词背完的，之后去做阅读理解发现了巨多刚背的单词，自信心顿时倍涨(每天背完后做几篇阅读，这个方法也很推荐，可以支持你把背单词计划进行下去)。大家不要一开始有畏难情绪觉得，啊?这怎么行?我五一十一还要去干嘛干嘛的，每天背这么久会不会头昏脑胀眼花之类的，其实一旦下定决心并认真执行起来感觉还是相当幸福的，尤其是背了一两个小时后就会渐入佳境、效率倍增。

　　背完之后想到大放假的别人都在玩而我一个人在这里学习还背了这么多单词，就会有一种小邪恶的暗爽之感油然而生。当然要是你接受不了这种方法而愿意每天背半小时坚持半年之类的也未尝不可，前提是一定要坚持，反正我以前也试过这种所谓的细水长流法，流了两三天后因为要开会作业多之类的事情耽搁了，细水也就此中断再没流起来。

　　然后是分清重点非重点分配问题，简单的说就是核心单词重点单词以及四级真题里的高频词一定要重点记忆，读音拼写意义用法都要掌握，多花点时间也没关系;而那些识记层面的单词能对其有印象记得意思即可，不要在“鸟嘌呤”之类的单词上耗费过多的时间和精力。最后是抗遗忘问题。相信这是大家最为头疼的问题之一。确实，记忆力再好、当时的印象再深刻，如果事后不时常和这个单词见个面打打招呼，在时间无情的冲蚀下也终有遗忘的一天。因此，我们要摆正心态，不要因为遗忘而自责，并且要认识到这并不是我们记忆里不够好只是见的次数不够多。而拒绝遗忘的方法只有一个，那就是时常复习。强烈建议大家找一个能揣在兜里的小本，抄上久攻不下的单词，没事儿拿出来看看，很管用。至于具体的词根词缀法、谐音法之类的记忆法，由于词汇书上都很详尽，在这里就不多说了。

　　2.听力要勤练

　　听力一直是我的弱项，但在四级考试中听力成绩还是比较理想的，事后总结原因，主要是考前一段时间(尤其是考前一周)听的很勤，耳朵敏锐了不少。

　　听力的训练分为精听和泛听，如果是单纯的想提高英语水平，一般都是建议两者相结合，但若要应试，则最好多练精听，而精听的最佳材料，就是历年真题和模拟题。我认识的一些同学喜欢平时没事把BBC、VOA之类的当音乐听，美其名曰泛听。我觉得在考前这样其实不是太好，首先这些听力材料有难度，不一定听得懂，而且若你习惯了这种漫不经心的听英语的方式，上了考场就很难集中精力。

　　精听的基本步骤如下：先泛听一遍或几遍，弄懂大概意思。再仔细地听，可以一句一句反复地听，把听到的内容写下来。把自己听写的跟原文相对照，阅读原文，弄懂原文意思。最后根据自己所听的和原文的意思，再仔细听，直至听明白每一个词为止。

　　如果要提高复合式听写能力，听抄练习是一个行之有效的途径。所谓听抄练习，就是在听完一句话后将其原原本本的写下来。这是一种很耗时麻烦的训练方法，但坚持一段时间会有很好的成效。

　　3.要认真对待真题

　　真题的作用绝对不容小觑。再权威的模拟题或预测卷，命题思路与真题也是有差别的，而且难度一般较大，备考前中期做做还挺好，考前一周就尽量不要做新的了，很打击信心。所以我认为做透一套真题比粗粗做上十套模拟题更有用。但真题毕竟数量有限，因此一定要认真对待，反复做上几遍，不仅要知道真确答案是哪个选项，更要钻研为什么选这个。

　　什么阶段做真题，也是个讲究，单词还没背到七八成熟的，建议不要做，不然放眼望去尽是生词，你会很没信心的。

　　考前一周真题也能派上很大用场。这个时候做新题已经没多大意义了，不妨拿出以前已经钻研透的真题来，每天严格按照考试时间和程序做题，一来增强信心，二来可以保证考试时达到最佳做题状态。

　　其实四六级是一个转折。 成功了，你会进入一个新的阶段;也许你会更加爱上英语学习，想要开始用这门语言武装自己的竞争力，那样是很理想的;也许你会在考过证后完全放弃英语学习，把更多时间投入到自己真正想做好的事情上，那样也是很不错的;我祝愿每个努力过的人都能成为这两种人;可怕的是过了以后，想学又不想，欲走还留;我们的大命也许不由我们掌握;所以我们要对每个细小的选择有自主的控制能力，这样才有一个值得的人生。
