关于2010年上半年大学外语四、六级考试报名的通知
校内各单位：
根据教育部考试中心和四川省高等教育自学考试委员会办公室川考办相关文件精神，现将2010年上半年全国大学外语四、六级考试报名工作有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间
外语四级（英语CET4）：2010年6月19日上午
外语六级（英语CET6）：2010年6月19日下午
二、时间安排及费用
网上报名时间：3月10日-3月27日；
收费时间及地点：考试大－全国最大教育类网站(www．Examda。com)
犀浦校区:3月29日-3月31 日；上午9：00-11：30，下午14：00-16：00；地点：X1209房间；
九里校区:4月1日-4月2日；上午 8：30-11：30，下午14：30-16：30；地点：行政楼221房间；
收费标准：英语四级(CET4)为35元/人，英语六级 (CET6)为37元/人；
三、报名范围、条件
1、我校修完大学英语Ⅰ的在读本科学生、各年级的在读研究生（不含进修生）、网络教育学院在读学生、成人教育学院在读学生均可报考CET4；
2、根据教育部考试中心和四川省高等教育自学考试委员会办公室川考办相关文件精神，已离校学生原则上一律不允许报考。
3、取得CET4合格证书或CET4考试成绩425分及以上的我校在读本科生、各年级的在读研究生（不含进修生）、网络教育学院在读学生、成人教育学院在读学生，可报考CET6考试。报考CET6的考生必须持CET4合格证书或已取得考试成绩单（425分及以上）才准予报名；
4、只接受本校在册学生报考，不接受校外考生报考；采集者退散
5、本次考试语种为英语四级和英语六级，考生只能选报其中一种。
四、报名及交费办法
1、在校学生报名一律在网上进行，本科生请登陆教务网（网址： dean.swjtu.edu.cn ）报名；报名时请仔细核对电子照片，如果没有照片或照片有误请及时与教务科联系。
2、网络教育学院学生请登陆 www.xnjd.cn 报名， 报名时请仔细核对电子照片，如果没有照片或者照片有误请及时与网络教育学院教学部联系；
3、研究生请登陆 dean.swjtu.edu.cn 报名，没有照片或者照片错误的同学请从网上提交电子照片；
4、成人教育学院学生请在各相关办学院系报名。
5、 电子照片格式：一寸蓝底证件照片（网上已有照片的除外），请保存为120*160象素的jpg格式文件，文件大小一般不超过30k，并以身份证号命名文件。根据规定，如果无电子照片，则报名无效；
6、报名时间截止后，本科生以班为单位、研究生以个人为单位到指定地点交费，网络教育学院学生以学习中心为单位（总校以班级为单位）到教学部交费，成人教育学院学生在各相关办学院系交费。交费时，需持报名表打印文本、《诚信考试承诺书》。打印文本应由考生本人确认相关内容无误，并在指定位置签字确认方为有效，《诚信考试承诺书》必须每人签字（以班为单位交费的可签在一张承诺书上）。过期未交报名费者，报名资格自动取消。
五、补充说明
因两校区考场容量有限，学校将根据报名情况优先满足高年级同学，低年级同学中按照英语四级成绩从高到低依次满足。
