四川师范成都大学2010年6月英语四级报名通知

关于成教生参加2010年夏季大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知

　　按照四川省教育考试院的统一安排，2010年夏季大学英语四、六级考试将于6月19日进行，现将有关报名事项通知如下：
　　一、报名条件：
　　1、考生必须是具有四川师范大学正式学籍的在校成人类本、专科学生。
　　2、专科生必须持有三级合格证书才能报考四级；本科生必须四级考试成绩达到425分以上（含425分）才能报考六级。不能同时报考四、六级考试！
　　3、不允许在校生跨校、跨院系、跨年级报名。违者一经查出取消考试资格。
　　4、按照考试中心规定，2010级新生不能参加本次大学英语四、六级考试。
　　二、报名时间和方式：
　　1、继续教育学院接受成教生报名的时间为3月22日～3月26日、3月29日～3月30日，报名截止时间为3月30日下午5:00，过时不再补报名。
　　2、成教学生统一在继续教育学院报名。
　　3、报名地点在继续教育学院培训部（校本部第九教学楼五楼516室）。
　　4、缴费地点在继续教育学院办公室（校本部第九教学楼五楼502室）。
　　5、各教学单位组织符合报名条件的成教学生报名并审查其资格，报名时考生需填写报名表和《诚信考试承诺书》；必须交近期一寸免冠标准照片（背面写上姓名、学号）；交验身份证、学生证。
　　三、按照省考试中心文件规定，四级考试报名费为35元/人，六级考试报名费为37元/人。
　　四、其它注意事宜：
　　1、考生报名时无身份证号、学号和照片，均不能报名参加考试。
　　2、考生必须对所报内容认真复核，一经上报数据将无法更改。
　　3、本次四、六级考试后，阅卷在网上进行。如果扫描结果看不清，将会影响考生成绩，因此要求考生答题时必须使用黑色笔。
　　五、报名程序
　　 领表（培训部516室）→缴费（办公室502室）→信息录入（培训部516室）。
