四川文理学院2010年6月英语四级报名通知

各教学系：
　　根据教育部考试中心关于2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作通知精神和省教育厅关于2010年夏季四川省大学英语二、三级考试报名工作通知（高函[2010]8号）精神，现将我院大学英语二、三、四、六级考试有关具体事项通知如下：
　　一、考试语种
　　大学英语二级、三级、四级、六级
　　二、考试时间
　　大学英语二级：考试时间为2010年6月5日至13日，计算机上机考试，每场考试时间为2小时，具体时间、地点另行通知；
　　大学英语三级：2010年6 月5日（周六）上午9:00至11:15
　　大学英语四级：2010年6月中下旬，具体时间、地点另行通知；
　　大学英语六级：2010 年6月中下旬，具体时间、地点另行通知。
　　三、报名资格
　　 1、只接受我院各专业本、专科在校学生报名，校外考生和已离校学生一律不允许报名。
　　2、原则上应持有大学英语二级合格证书或有成绩证明其已达到大学英语二级水平（由学校认定）的在校学生才能报名参加大学英语三级考试。
　　3、根据教育部考试中心有关规定，报名参加大学英语四级考试的在校学生必须修完大学英语四级规定课程。
　　4、原则上已取得大学英语四级合格证书或大学英语四级考试成绩 425分及以上（含425分）的在校学生才能报名参加大学英语六级考试。
　　四、报名时间和方式
　　2010年3月15日­ —3月21日，学生本人在“教务综合管理系统” (http://jwc.sasu.cn或http://220.166.172.34)中进行网上报名。
　　五、报名考试费
　　大学英语二、三级均为25元/人。
　　大学英语四级为35元/人。
　　大学英语六级为37元/人。
　　六、缴费时间和方式
　　2010年3月22日—24日各班学习委员带上本班考生签名的报名清单（一式两份，以班为单位）直接到财务处办理缴费手续。缴费后将缴费收据的复印件和另一份考试报名表一并交回所在系秘书处进行缴费登记，由于没交或迟交缴费报名单而造成的后果由考生自己负责。
　　计财处收费时间：3月22日至24日上午9:00—11:00，下午14:40—16:40，过时不再受理。
　　七、注意事项
　　（1）英语二、三级每位考生只能报考一种考试级别。
　　（2）英语三、四、六级考生须自备调频耳机。
　　（3）每位考生必须认真学习《考生守则》，签定《诚信考试承诺书》。
