西南政法大学2010年6月四级报名通知

关于2010年6月全国大学英语（含小语种）等级考试报名事项的通知

各学院、研究生部：
　　2010年6月全国大学英语四六级（含小语种）考试的报名工作即将开始，现将有关事项通知如下：
　　一、考试科目、考试时间
　　（一）英语四级：6月19日上午
　　（二）英语六级：6月19日下午
　　（三）日语四级：6月19日上午
　　（四）日语六级：6月19日下午
　　（五）俄语四级：6月19日上午
　　　以上各科目具体考试时间见准考证。
　　二、报名资格及条件
　　（一）凡我校普通全日制本科、专科统招、全日制成人继续教育在校生和在读研究生，已修完大学英语全部课程的学生均可报考相应级别；
　　（二）我校不接受任何社会考生；
　　（三）报考大学英语六级条件：参加710分制大学英语四级考试在425分以上（含425分）并修完大学英语六级课程；2005年6月以前已获得四级证书的在校学生，凭四级证书报考六级。
　　三、报名流程
　　（一）学生到所在院、部报名，由院、部按要求统一报送电子版报名表（附件一、附件二）和打印的纸质报名表一份（必须有年级辅导员签名）至教务处。各个语言级别报名电子表格应分开报送，即:四级报名信息做一张电子表格,六级再做一张表格,小语种应分别分级报送.
　　（二）按照重庆市自考办规定，报考考生应参加电子摄像。2009年12月在我校报考了某一级别考试的学生，因报名系统里已有考生照片，原则上不需要参加电子摄像。须参加摄像的考生名单、具体摄像时间和地点将另行通知。
　　（三）所有符合报名资格的考生，教务处将打印《考生信息校对单》发回学院，各学院组织考生核对自己报名信息，确认无误后按照规定时间返回教务处教学管理科。
　　四、报名截止时间
　　（一）各学院、部务必于3月15日前，以专业、年级为单位将报名表报送教务处教学管理科（勤业楼1008 室）；
　　五、报名费用
　　（一）根据重庆市物价局文件《渝价[2005]134号》和《渝价 [2009]47号》规定：
　　1.首次报考某一科目的考生报名费用为50.00元/人；
　　2.重复报考某一科目的考生报名费用为 44.00元/人。
　　（二）请各学院按照要求如实填写《报考人数统计表》（附件二），并按照统计人数到财务处缴纳报名费用。
　　六、特别提醒：
　　（一）本次考试，考生只能选择四级或者六级报考，不能同时报考四、六级。对于四、六级同时报考者或考生报考等级不符合条件者，我们将自动调整其报考级别或删除其报名信息，由此带来的后果考生自负；
　　（二）凡已报名但逾期未参加现场电子摄像或未签字确认报考信息的考生均视为自动放弃参考；
　　（三）所有报考信息一经考生签字确认后不得以任何理由更改，信息有误由考生本人负责。
　　（四）上报的电子报名表格信息应该真实、准确，特别是注意不要将考生信息张冠李戴，负责组织报名的班干部应本着对报名考生信息负责的态度，认真反复审核后再报教务处。
