华南理工大学2010年英语四级考试报名通知

关于2010年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试报名的通知
　　华南工教务字[2010]第9号

各学院：
　　接广东省考试院通知，2010年上半年全国普通高校大学英语四、六级考试（CET）定于6月19日进行，四级考试时间 9：00－11：20，六级考试时间为15：00－17：20，现将有关事项通知如下：
　　一、报名条件：
　　1．凡在校2008级以上（含2008级）修完大学英语四级课程的普通本科生，以及全日制在校研究生均可报名参加大学英语四级考试。科技英语专业的学生不能报考。
　　2009级新生只有英语A班的学生具有报考英语四级资格。来源：考试大
　　大学英语四级考试成绩在550分以上（含550分）的学生不得报名参加四级考试。
　　2．凡大学英语四级考试成绩在425分以上（含425分）修完大学英语六级课程的全日制在校学生可报名参加六级考试。
　　大学英语六级考试成绩在520分以上（含520分）的学生不得报名参加六级考试。
　　3．每人只能报考一种级别考试，凡报了名却无故不参加考试者，取消今后报名参加考试的资格。
　　4．按考试院文件规定，不接受非在校生报名。
　　二、报名时间及办法：
　　1．报名时间：第2周星期二至第4周星期星期五（3月9日至3月26日 晚上10：00），逾期不予补报。
　　2．报名方法：在校普通本科生、全日制在校研究生(全脱产)采用网上报名，报名时请注意以下几点：
　　① 网上报名地址：http://222.16.33.245/
　　② 报名方法：登陆网站后，按照提示，完成报名。首先考生输入学号和证件号（证件号一般为身份证号，少数为军官证号或者护照号），登陆后，请仔细阅读写须知考生必须在网上先检查或上传更新相片；再进行报名，填写个人信息，核对银行账号；查询报名流水号，确认报名成功。报名结束后考生需在考生承诺书上签名才具有参加考试资格。
　　3．报名费用：根据广东省教育厅的通知，四级考试每人16元，六级考试每人18元，本次四、六级考试缴费采取学校委托银行批量扣款缴费方式，批量扣款帐号：本科生使用工商银行学费扣款帐号；研究生使用中国银行学费扣款帐号。3月29日进行银行第一次扣款，4月5日进行第二次扣款。无银行卡、学费扣款卡（或存折）遗失或需更换学费扣款卡（或存折）账号的考生，请在3月26日前将新银行卡（或存折）帐号以及学生证复印件（复印到一张A4纸上），报送到财务处收费与结算中心（西湖厅工商银行旁）进行银行账号的登记或修改。南校区考生可将复印件交南校区财务中心（B2栋2楼）。
　　4．考试的有效证件：凭学生证、身份证及准考证参加考试，其它证件一律无效。证件不齐者不准进入考场。
