关于2010年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试报名通知
各系：
根据江苏省考试院的文件通知，2010年上半年大学英语四、六级考试报名工作即将进行。为确保我院大 学英语四、六级考试规范、顺利地进行，现就考试报名的组织工作通知如下：
一、考试时间
2010年上半年大学英语四级考试定于6月19日（星期六）上午9：00—11：20举行；六级考试定于6月19日（星期六）下午3：00—5：20举 行。
二、报名时间
3月13日起到4月2日截止，逾期不再办理。
三、 报考资格
1、我院06、07、08级在校生；
2、修完大学英语四级课程的学生才能报考大学英语四级考试；
3、修完大学英语六级课程且参加大学英语四级考试成绩达到425分以上（含425分）或2005年6月以前已获得四级证书的学生（凭四级证书）才能报考 大学英语六级考试；
4、我院学生一律在本院参加报名，本次考试四、六级不得同时兼报。
教育部考试中心规定各高校严禁接纳社会人员 报名，不得擅自接纳非本校学生报名，凡有违规接受考生报名的，一经查实，取消该校的报名和考试设点资格。
四、考试费用：30 元/人，苏考委办[2005]43号文件。
五、报名程序
我院本次考试采用网上报名方式。学 生凭借自己的“学号”和“密码”登录教务网络管理系统，进入系统后打开“学生成绩”菜单，点击“等级考试报名”子栏目即可根据自己以往的成绩选择“状态 栏”的“报名”按钮，进行相应的等级报名。图形如下：

学生在进行报名时，要认真核对本人在教务系统里面的注册信息，确保身份证号码、姓名等信息无误。凡发现注册信息有误的或者没有录入身份证号码 的，抓紧时间凭借本人身份证到教务部进行修改，然后再进行报名，以免耽误报名和考试。
报名结束后，各系根据教务部下发的报名数据及时的收缴报 名费，组织学生认真核对报名信息，并要求考生以班级为单位在考试诚信承诺书上签字。考试诚信承诺书由系里保管至本次考试成绩公布后销毁。
网上 报名结束后，凡报考级别错误或者没按时进行报名者，按照江苏省教育考试院（苏教考社〔2010〕6号）文件规定，一律不予以修改报考级别且取消考试资格， 教务部不再接受任何理由、任何形式的补报名，信息修改。
六、注意事项
1、学生只能在本系报名，不得跨系或跨校参加考试，一经查出，一律取消考试成绩。
2、由于本次报名时间紧，工作量大，各系务必认真组织，及 时督促学生进行报名。并按时汇总报名费、报名信息相关数据至教务部。
3、考试时须带准考证、身份证、学生证，三证缺一不可，其他证明一律无 效，证件不全者不得参加考试。身份证或者学生证遗失者及时补办临时学生证、身份证。
4、学生不得用假证件报名或参加考试，不得找人替考或替他 人考试，严禁考试作弊。各系要严格审核考生报名表，一经发现有上述现象者，将取消本次考试资格和下一次报名资格，且对作弊者报有关部门严肃处理。
5、已通过四级且成绩不在教务系统内的报考不了六级的考生（一般专转本的学生），凭借四级成绩单到教务部考务中心办理报名手续，其余一律进行网报。
6、教育部考试中心规定凡是不按时提供照片者一律不允许参加考试；凡是照片、身份证号码、姓名等信息在报名结束后出现错误的，一律不允许修改且不允许参 加考试。
7、对于本次报名考试没有照片的学生，请按照照片采集要求拍照后交至教务部考务中心。
