关于2010年6月 大学英语四六级考试报名的通知
各学院：
2010年上半年全国大学英语四六级考试定于6月19日举行。根据教育部考试中心有关文件 精神，现将报名工作有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间：
四级：2010年6月19日（周六）上 午9：00—11：20；
六级：2010年6月19日（周六）下午15：00—17：20。
二、考试报名条件：
四级：06-09级在校生。
六级：全 国大学英语四级考试成绩在425分以上（含425分）或取得四级证书的在校生。
三、收费标准：
四、六级考试的收费标准均为30元/人（苏考委办[2005]43号文）；
四、英语四六级报名时间及报名方式：
1．报名时间：3月12 —19日，符合报名条件的学生自行到教务处网页上报名（网址：http://jwch.hyit.edu.cn）。请 各位考生在网上报名时务必准确填写自己的身份证号码。
2．3月23日教务处将网 上报名结果返还给各学院，各学院组织考生认真核对本人的姓名、报考级别、身份证号，并签字确认。
3．3月 25—26日（上午8：30—11：00；下午14：30—16：45）各学院考生以班级为单位凭班级报名单和缴费通知单到财务处集中缴费。
4．3月30日，教务员将核对好的考生报名名单、集体报名表、学生补交的数码照片和学生缴费收据到教务处考试中心办理有关手续。
五、 注意事项：
1．考生务必在规定的时间内网上报名，逾期不予补报；
2．没拍过数码照片的同学需提 供一张电子版的数码照片，提供照片要求详见附件。没有照片的考生不能参加考试。
3．教务处不接受学生个人报名。
4．我校学生只能参加本校组织的四六级考试。
5．我校不接受社会考生报名。
六、特别提醒
1、请各学院务必要将大学英语四六级报名事宜通知各班级学生（包括在外 实习的学生）。
2、请各学院告知学生在核对报名信息时一定要仔细核对本人的姓名、报考级别、身份证号及照 片等信息，数据一旦上报将无法修改。

2010年6月的大学英语四、六级考试报名工作将于3月12日开始，为了保证四六级考试报名工作顺利开展，针对以往报名工作中出现的因部分同学的照片问 题影响到学校的报名工作的情况，希望广大考生按以下要求提供照片。
1．报名参加2010年6月英语四六级考试的学生，凡没有照片的需在3月 30日前提供一张符合标准要求的数码电子照片（照片文件名为 学号．JPG）到各学院负责英语四六级考试报名的老师处。
2．已经参加过四、六 级考试的同学无需提交数码电子照片
