南京晓庄学院2010年6月英语四六级考试报名通知

关于做好2010年6月19日大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知

各院（系）：
为了做好2010年6月19日大学英语四、六级考试的报名工作，保证考试顺利进行，现将有关事 项通知如下：
一、考试时间
 2010年6月19日（星期六）
上午9：00 – 11：20（四级考试）
下午3：00 – 5：20（六级考试）
二、报名资格
 1、本校全日制普通高校本科、专科在校生；本校全日制成人高校本科、专科在校生。
2、本次考试本校所有学生均可报考。
3、修完大学英语六级课程且参加大 学英语四级考试成绩达到425分（含425分）的学生凭成绩单才能报考六级考试。
4、当次考试四、六级不得同时兼报。如发现四、六级兼报，将 取消其所有报名资格。
5、本校学生一律在本校报名参加考试。本校也不接纳非本校学生报名。
三、报名
 本次英语四、六级考试的报名工作，采用网上报名方式，考生自行上南京晓庄学院教务网按操作流程（见附件）进行报名。报名结束后，各班由学委负责，按教务 处下发的名单（暨考生信息校对表）向考生收费，同时进行考生信息校对。报名费每人/次30元（四、六级相同），然后以班为单位，到财务处交费，最后将缴费 收据和名单交教务处审核确认。
请各院系、各班以及每位考生务必按以下时间段进行操作，过时不能补报。
3月22日中午12：00至 3月29日下午4：00，学生网上报名。
4月1日下午各班学委到本院系办公室领取（教务处根据网上报名结果）各班的报名名单，根据名单向考生 收费，同时进行考生信息校对，每位考生必须确认签名，完成后到财务处缴费。
每位报名考生务必认真、仔细的校对本人各项信息，如有更正，务必用 红笔正楷清楚注明。如日后再发现错误将无法更正。没有缴费、没有影像信息，报名无效。
财务处收费时间：方山：4月5、6、7日。莫愁：4月7 日。收费日下午3：00停止收费。
4月7日前将缴费收据、名单交教务处：方山校区：办公楼B218；莫愁校区：由院系收齐后集中交教务处（方 山办公楼B218）。
参加本次考试且没有影象信息的同学必须自行提供影像文件（影像文件规格：正面证件人像，浅蓝底；文件为JPG格式、大小 不超过40K。文件用学号命名），于4月13、14日送教务处（方山办公楼B218）拷贝。无影像信息将不能参加考试，也不能退还报名费。

继续教育学院、东方学院的报名工作请参照上述通知执行，学 生暂不进行网上报名，请按以下程序操作：
1、报名的成教考生必须是本校全日制成人高校本科、专科在籍在校学生。（须提供班级名条）
2、按提供的表格格式（电子文档）准确填写考生信息，一旦上交后不再校对，错误也无法更正。
3、无影像信息的考生要求由所在院系集中一次性 提供考生影像信息（规格见上述通知）。
4、院系的所有报名材料（考生信息、影像信息、缴费收据）必须在4月7日前送达教务处（方山办公楼 B218）。
