各二级学院及全体学生：
2010年6月大学英语四、六考试报名工作现已开始，现将有关报名及考试工 作通知如下：
考试时间
大学英语四级：2010年6月19日（星期六）上午9：00—11：20
大学英语六 级：2010年6月19日（星期六）下午15：00—17：20
大学日语四级：2010年6月19日（星期六）上午9：00—11：20
报名资格
全日制普通高等院校本科、专科在校生；
修完大学英语四级课程的考生才能报考大学英语四级考试；
修完大学英 语六级课程且参加大学英语四级考试成绩达到425分以上(含425分)或2005年6月以前已获得四级证书的学生(凭四级证书)才能报考大学英语六级考 试。
考生一律在就读学校报名参加考试。
当次考试四、六级不得同时兼报。
考试报名
在教务秘书系统中打印 “班级报名空表”，发放至各班级进行报名（在相应的考试等级栏内打√），请需报名的同学对自己的基本信息进行核对、确认签名，如有错误请 上教务信息网更正。打印“班级报名空表” 步骤如下：教务秘书系统→考试管理→CET报名→选择班级集体报名→点击确定→选择相应年级和班级→点击班级报名空表进行打印。
二级学院教学 秘书将“班级报名空表”和报名费用收齐后，在教务秘书系统进行报名。具体操作步骤如下：教务秘书系统→考试管理→CET报名→选择班级集体报名→点击确定 →选择相应年级和班级→点击班级报名→选择考试级别→在报名学生号前的方框内打“√” →点击学生报名。
因大学英语四、六级 考试准考证和成绩单均带有照片，请各二级学院务必确保所有考生已采集过电子图像并和个人信息相吻合，如因此不能参加考试或成绩单中的信息有误，所有后果由 学生本人负责。
各二级学院在2010年3月25日前将学生报名人数、费用、班级报名空表汇总后交教务处教务科。
考试费用
每生30元
基本信息
各二级学院报名前请各位报考同学确认个人基本信息，特别注意电子图像是否和本人相符， 若有问题请本人直接到教务科（教学管理中心208室）更正，一旦报名数据上报后基本信息将不再做任何更改。
