南京邮电大学2010年6月英语四六级考试报名通知

2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试的报名通知

为贯彻落实《省教育考试院关于做好2010年上半年大学英语四六级考试报名工作的通知》（苏教考社〔2010〕6号）的文件精神,做好我校 2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作,现将有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间：
英语四级、日语四级考试定于6月19日 （星期六）上午9:00—11:20
俄语四级定于6月19日（星期六）上午9：00—11：15
英语六级考试定于6月19日（星 期六）下午15:00—17:20
二、报考资格及注意事项：
1.在修大学英语四级课程的考生方可报考CET4；已经取得CET4 证书或者CET4考试425分以上（含425分）的学生方可报考CET6；
通达专升本的学生如在原学校取得CET4证书，先在网上报名并由通 达学院审核后上报教务处方可报考CET6；
2.未取得CET4证书的研究生可报考CET4，已取得CET4证书或者CET4考试425分以上 （含425分）的研究生可报考CET6；
3.不允许学生跨校报考；
4.四、六级不得同时兼报。
5. 根据江苏省教育考试院要求,数据上报后名单不得增加、减少或者替换, 请学生本着认真负责的态度进行考试报名。凡报名并符合报考资格的学生必须缴费并不允许取消报名或者改报语种。
6.因江苏省 教育考试院要求必须提供考生电子相片，凡不能提供报名要求的电子照片的在校生即使报名缴费也不能参加2010年6月的四、六级考试。已经在新生入学时参加 过学校组织的照片采集的学生，正常情况下无需再提交电子照片信息, 其余需报名参加今年6月英语四、六级考试学生，须将符合标准的电子照片信息（照片文件名为 学号．JPG）于2010年4月2日16：00前以学院为单位送到教务处考试中心，逾期不再收取。
三、报名时间：
1.四、六级考 试报名时间为：
2010年3月15日9:00～2010年4月2日16:00

2.研究生和继续教育学院、应用技术学院学生四、六级考试报名时间：
研究生和继续教育学院、应用技术学院学生采用集体报名形式，报名后凭盖章 核实的名单（需本人签名确认个人信息，否则视为自动放弃此次考试机会）及其电子版（按教务处下发格式）和符合要求的电子照片（CET照片采集标准详见附 件,照片名为学号）,于2010年3月30日16:00前到教务处考试中心办理报名手续。
四、报名费：
本次大学英语四、六级考试 报名费为30元；本次缴费采用从学校给学生发放的中信卡直接扣款的方式，请各学院通知学生务必要在4月2日前向卡中存入足够现金（至少大于31元），防止 扣款出现问题，从而影响报名工作的顺利进行。学生卡号若有变更，请通知学生及时到财务处计划科办理更改登记手续。
研究生和继续教育学院、应用 技术学院学生凭教务处下发的交费单于4月2日前（财务处工作时间）至财务处统一办理交费手续，逾期取消报名资格。
准考证领取时间暂定 为：2010年6月14日。
