根据“苏教考社（2010）6号”文件精神，2010年上半年 大学英语四、六级考试于2010年6月19日举行，请各学院认真组织并严格按规定做好本次报名工作，同时为学生参加大学英语四、六级考试提供必要的帮助。 文件规定：“严禁接受社会人员报名，不得擅自接纳非本校学生报名。凡有违规接受考生报名的，一经查实，取消该校的报名 和考试设点资格，并严肃追究有关人员责任。”请学院严格审核考生的报考资格。
现将报名工作有关事项通知如下：
一、 考试级别、考试时间
2010年6月19日（周六）上午9：00—11：20进行英语四级、日语四级的考试；上午9：00— 11：15进行德语四级、俄语四级、法语四级的考试。
2010年6月19日（周六）下午15：00—17：20进行英语六级、日语六级、德语 六级的考试。
二、报名条件：
1.本校全日制普通本科学生，本校研究生；
2.本校 全日制成人教育的本、专科学生；
3.修完学校大学英语四级课程的学生方能报考大学英语四级；
4.大学英语四级考试成绩达到425 分以上（含425分）或2005年6月以前已获得四级证书的学生方可报考大学英语六级考试；
5.我校学生在本校报名参加考试，学生擅自参加外 校考试，其成绩一律不予认可；
6.根据教育部规定，大学英语四、六级考试是面向在校学生的教学考试，不接受社会考生。
7.当次考 试四、六级不得同时兼报。
三、考试费用：根据文件规定：30元/生。
四、报 名程序：
1.各学院以班级为单位，到学院教学秘书处录入学生报名等级。
2.各学院教学秘书审查、汇总后，报教 务科。
3.成教学生到继续教育学院报名，由继续教育学院汇总后交教务科。
4.研究生到研究生部报名，由研究生部汇总后交教务科。考试大－全国最大教育类网站(www．Examda。com)
5.各学院认真做好对CET4、 CET6报名资格的审核，如发现省考试院取消该生考试资格，同时追究有关人员的责任。
6.教务处不接受个人报名。
五、其他注意事项：
1.CET报名均需考生电子图像，学校不再组织集体拍摄。请缺照片的考生自行解决，所 拍照片电子图像文件交与教务科，照片必须符合以下条件，否则考试系统不接受。具体要求：背景:浅蓝色,成像要求:成像区上下要求头上部 空1/10,头部占7/10,肩部占1/5,左右各空1/10,采集图像大小 最小为192*144(高*宽),成像区大小为48MM*33MM(高*宽),文件大小 10K左右。
2.各学院要通过各种形式、多种途径及 时通知到每一位考生，尤其是在外实习的考生，保证每位考生都能按时报名，防止漏报、错报情况发生。
3. 报名系统于3月30日开放，31日下班前关闭。
4.财务处收费时间：3月30日（8：00-11：30，13：30-16：00），3月31 日（8：00—11：30），请在规定的时间内缴费，过期概不办理。
5.学 生无身份证号码（或号码错误）、无照片者一律不予报名。
