淮海工学院2010年6月英语四六级考试报名通知

各院、部、学生班级及有关单位：
2010 年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作已经开始，现将我校报名有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间：
 四级考试的时间：2009年6月19日（周六）上午9：00
六级考试的时间：2009年6月19日（周六）下午3：00
二、 考试语种
 四级：英语四级、日语四级
六级：英语六级、日语六级。
三、报名资格
 1．我校06、07、08级全日制在校学生（含继续 教育学院全日制在校生），均可自愿报名。
2．根据《淮海工学院大学英语分级教学实施办法》（淮工教发[2009]19号），我校09级学生， 本次只有修读大学英语较高要求班（A级班）的学生具有报考全国大学英语四级考试资格。
3．获得大学外语四级合格证书或大学英语四级考试成绩达 到425分以上（含425分）的在校学生可报考大学外语六级考试。
4．我校不接受非在校生、社会人员和跨校学生报名。我校学生一律在校内报名 参加考试，凡在其他考点报名考试取得的成绩，我校不予承认。
5．当次考试四、六级不得兼报，小语种不得和英语四六级兼报。
四、 报名时间及报名方式：
 1．我校四六级报名时间为3月17日至3月23日，逾期不再接受报名。3月25日考试中心将报名汇总 表发至各学院，由各学院组织对本院学生报名情况进行审核，审核结果于3月30日前报考试中心。
2．符合报名条件的学生可直接到学校一卡通管理 中心提供的“自助缴款机”或“圈存机”上，用“校园卡” 在“3-校园卡自助消费”→“3-等级考试”下相应的“英语四级”和“英语六级”项目中交费报名。校园卡遗失或损坏的学生，应尽快到一卡通中心办理补办手 续，以免影响报名。
3．在外实习的班级，由各学院组织报名，以学院为单位到结算中心交纳报名费，并按规定格式(见附件)汇总报名学生信息，注 意一定要保证考生的各项信息准确无误。各学院将电子文档（excel格式）和加盖本院公章的表格于3月24日前交到考试中心。
4．学生报考 小语种可直接到考试中心办理。
五、报名费用
 全国大学英语四、六级考试收费标准严格执行苏考委 办[2005]43号文件的规定，四级、六级考试报名费为30元/人。
六、注意事项
 1．按全 国大学英语四、六级考试中心要求，四六级考试考生必须提供电子照片，无电子照片的学生一律不得参加考试。对于部分无电子照片的学生，学校将安排集中采集， 具体时间另行通知。
2．各教学单位应及时通知学生，尤其是在外地实习的学生，按时报名，防止漏报情况发生。
3．经审核不符合报名 条件的学生，报名信息无效。四、六级考试兼报者，多交费不退还。
