中国矿业大学2010年6月英语四六级报名通知

关于做好2010年上半年大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知

各学院：
根据江苏省教育考试院要求，结合我校实际，现将大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的有关事项通 知如下：
一、考试时间
2010年6月19日（周六）上午 9：00—11：20进行英语四级、日语四级的考试；上午9：00—11：15进行德语四级、俄语四级、法语四级的考试。
2010年6月19 日（周六）下午15：00—17：20进行英语六级、日语六级、德语六级的考试。
二、报考资格
1．我校全日制普通本科二年级及以上在校生、在校研究生；
2．孙越崎学院一年级学生及我校全日制普通本科一年级大学英语学习起点为二、三级 的学生；
3．成人教育学院全日制本、专科二年级及以上在校生；
4．参加大学英语四级考试成绩达到425分以上（含425分）或 2005年6月以前获得四级证书的学生（凭四级证书）才能报考大学英语六级考试；完成大学日语六级学习的学生才能报考大学日语六级；
5．本次 考试新开考全国大学德语六级考试，完成大学德语六级学习的学生才能报考大学德语六级；
6．我校学生在其他考点报名参加考试，考试成绩学校不予 认可；
7．本次考试四、六级不得同时兼报。
三、报名时间及相关事项
1．报名时间：2010年3月15日上午9:30至2010年3月31日下午17:00，过时不能补报和退报。
2．相关事项：
（1）我校在籍全日制普通本科学生通过网上报名，网址：http://jwxt.cumt.edu.cn 或教务处网页上的“教务系统”；
（2）研究生报名工作由研究生院负责；
（3）成人教育学院学生报名 工作由成人教育学院负责；
（4）孙越崎学院一年级学生及我校全日制普通本科一年级大学英语学习起点为二、三级的学生报名工作由各学院负责；
（5）本次考试所需照片，由各单位整理后统一交教务科（4月2日前），普通本科学籍库中已有照片的学生无需准备，照片采集标准详见附件（CET照片采集 标准）。
（6）根据苏考委办【2005】43号文件，报名考试费30元/人，各学院4月2日前将报名费收齐后直接交财务处；
（7）4月12日至4月16日，由各有关单位组织考生进行个人信息核对工作，核对无误后，要求考生签字确认，过期责任自负；
（8）准考证将于 考前一周开始发放。
一、背景要求：背景布选取浅蓝色，要求垂感和吸光好。可以是棉布，毛涤等。
二、成像要求：成像区上下要求头上部空1/10，头部占7/10，肩部占1/5，左右各空1/10。采集的图象大小最小为192X144（高X宽）。成 像区大小为48mmX33mm（高X宽）。
三、灯光要求：需要摄影灯，一台前灯基本满足要求，最好利用两台侧灯。灯具可以是专业摄影灯，也可 以是舞台灯或家用立式客厅灯。
四、要求照片存储为JPG格式，单张照片文件必须小于40K，图象文件名为*.JPG,，其中*为考生学号。
