我校2010年上半年全国大学英语四、六级报名工作将于2010年 3月12日12：00时–3月31日24：00时进行。现将有关报名事项通知如下：
报名资格：
1、已修和在修大学英语四级课程的在籍本科生、通过国家大学英语四级资格考试的本科学生均可报考大学英语四级。2009年12月全国大学英语四级考试达 到报考六级资格线（425分）的同学可自行决定是否报名参加本次考试以取得更好成绩；
2、参加大学英语四级考试成绩达到425分以上（含 425分），或2005年6月以前已获得四级证书的在籍学生（凭四级证书）才能报考大学英语六级考试；
3、在籍硕士、博士研究生经研究生院同 意后可报考四、六级考试（需满足报考四、六级条件）；
4、继续教育学院学生按继续教育学院公布的报名条件执行；
5、考生一律在本 校报名参加考试，在校外参加考试的成绩不予承认；学校不接受社会考生报名；
6、当次考试四、六级不得同时兼报，如发现四、六级兼报，将取消其 所有报名资格。
报名办法：
1、根据省 考试院的要求，考生在报名时需采集电子人像和身份证号（准考证与成绩单均要用此信息），全日制在校本科生在 网上提交申请时，请登录校园门户（my.seu.edu.cn），输入用户名和密码，用户名为一卡通号，密码为统一身份认证密码（与选课、学工系统一 致）。选择“教学服务”页面，进入“CET报名申请”。在确认本人姓名以及身份证号码无误后（如身份证号码有误，可直接修改）， 选择考试语种、级别，提交即可。
2、网上报名系统开通时间为：2010年3月12日—3月31日。
由于上级部门要求各学校不得以任何理由补报名，因此，报名时间截止后将一律不予补报，请同学们务必按时报名，以免错失本次机会。
网上报名截止后，按规定交报名费30元（如有变化，将按苏考委办最新文件精神执行）。报 名费将于4月2日 在一卡通上扣除。请同学们务必提前存入报名费。如因余额不足扣费不成功，视作放弃报名。4月22日各 班级到教务科（办）领取学生报名信息表，学生本人核对自己的报名信息（包括照片、身份证号码）后签名确认，报名信息表 上相片不准确或无相片的同学需交近照一张，背面写上姓名、学号、身份证号交教务科（教务办）。凡出现未核准自己信息而导致不能参加考试或 成绩单信息有误等情况的，由学生本人负责。
硕士、博士请按研究生院规定的时间地点办理报名手续。请研究生院于4月1日 （周四）前将报名信息（电子版）报教务科。研究生院报名咨询电话83795969。
继续教育学院的学生请按继续教育学院规定的时间地点办理报 名手续。继续教育学院请于4月1日 （周四）前将报名信息（电子版）报教务科。继续教育学院报名咨询电话83795503。
