北京林业大学2010年6月英语四级考试报名通知

关于2010年6月全国大学外语四、六级考试报名的通知

各教学院、班：
现将我校本学期外语四、六级考试报名的相关事宜通知如下：
一、考试时间：
 预计为2010年6月19日（星期六），四级：上午9点；六级：下午3点。
二、报名对象：
 1、四级：06、07、08级在校本科生。
2、六级：已取得425分(含)以上CET4成绩的在校本科生。
3、英语四级、日语四级、俄语四级、英语六级、日语六级五种考试中，每个考生只能选择其中一种报考。如果同时报两种以上考试，报名系统将自动取消其考试资格。
4、2009年12月报名但未参加考试的学生，按当时通知要求，没有2010年6月四六级考试报名资格。
5、本次报名但不去参加考试的学生，将取消2010年12月四六级考试报名资格。
三、报名费：预计为英语四级：15元，日语、俄语四级：17元，英语、日语六级：17元。
 四、报名办法及程序：
 此次考试采用网上报名的办法。2010年3月16日至3月31日，符合报名资格且欲报名的学生必须登录教务处网站的教务系统，进入报名程序后核对报名信息、照片，并填写联系电话（在个人信息中），确认报名。
4月8日，上午8：00-下午5：00，各班负责人到考试中心（主楼307）领取报名名单和“考试信息校对单及诚信承诺书”，然后根据报名名单收缴报名费。
4月12日，上午8：00-下午5：00（中午不休息），06、07级各班负责人把报名单、报名费及学生本人签字后的“诚信承诺书”交回教务处考试中心。
4月13日，上午8：00-下午5：00（中午不休息），08级各班负责人把报名单、报名费及学生本人签字后的“诚信承诺书”交回教务处考试中心。
五、照片要求：
 本次报名使用教务系统中的电子照片，无照片或照片不合格的同学将被自动取消报名资格。教务系统中照片有误或无身份证号码的学生，持本人学生证于报名截止前到教务处考试中心修改。
六、咨询电话：教务处考试中心62338099。
 七、请各班负责人认真做好报名组织工作，同学之间相互转告，务必按照规定时间办理报名手续。
八、准考证领取时间请关注教务处主页通知。
九、本通知是依据以往上级文件精神制订，如有变动，以今年上级文件精神为准。
