福建师范大学2010年6月英语四级考试报名通知

教务处关于2010年6月全国大学生外语等级考试报名通知

各学院：
根据省自考办通知，今年上半年大学外语四、六级等级考试定于6月19日上午和下午进行；各学院必须认真阅读下面的报名办法，严格按照报名规定的时间和安排组织好报名工作。数据和照片有问题的以及超过报名时间的同学不允许参加报名考试。现将报名有关事宜通知如下：
一、根据教育部考试中心的规定，不允许接纳非在校生参加CET考试。
二、报考种类：大学英语四、六级；四级小语种：日语、德语、法语、俄语；六级小语种：日语。
三、 报考条件：凡在校非英语专业的2006级、2007级、2008级普通本、专科学生，研究生均可报名参加英语四级、六级考试；2009级在校非英语专业的本科生根据学校研究决定按上学期期末考试成绩的前20%（文理各本科专业卷面成绩80.5以上、术科各专业卷面成绩78.5以上）参加本次英语四级考试，具体名单见附件（名单有出入的请与大学外语教学部联系），2009级专科学生不参加本次英语四级考试。英语专业的学生只能报考小语种，不能报名参加英语四级、六级考试。已取得大学英语四级考试成绩425分以上者方可报考大学英语六级；取得小语种（日语）合格证的方可报考日语六级（不具备报考六级条件的同学若擅自报名，一经发现，我们将对数据予以删除，报名费用恕不退还）。
四、 报名步骤：
1、2010年3月17日上午8：00～3月25日下午23：00
A、 学生通过校园网进行报名（在活动报名中的网上报名模块，报名时必须提交身份证号码及照片信息），学生数据不在综合教学系统的单位，自行到教务处网站下载大学外语等级考试数据库报名库。
B、 学生准备个人电子照片（各学院自行解决照相数据采集事宜）
背景要求：背景布选取浅蓝色，要求垂感和吸光好。可以是棉布，毛涤等。
成像要求：成像区上下要求头上部空1/10，头部占7/10，肩部占1/5，左右各空1/10，采集的图像大小最小为192×144（高×宽），成像区大小为48mm×33mm(高×宽)。
灯光要求：需要摄影灯，一台前灯基本满足要求，最好利用两台侧灯。灯具可以是专业摄影灯，也可以是舞台灯或家用立式客厅灯。
文件格式要求：要求存储为JPG格式，图像文件名为*.JPG，其中*为学号。学生通过网上报名界面上传照片，照片大小不超过40K，照片不规范者，取消考试资格，报名费恕不退还。
2、2010年3月26日上午8：30～3月26日下午16：00
A、 学院根据学生的报名情况通过综合教学管理系统进行资格审核和收费。并认真填写《大学外语等级考试考生信息承诺单》（承诺单直接从QQ群共享区下载）加盖学院公章。
B、 教务科根据各学院填写《大学外语等级考试考生信息承诺单》上的考生数据审核后开单到校财务处交款。
3、2010年3月29日上午8：30～3月30日下午16：00
A、教务处直接通过综合系统导出学生报名数据，进行报名数据处理和照片的链接工作。打印学生的《大学外语等级考试考生信息核对单》。各学院根据教务科具体的通知时间领取学生《大学外语等级考试考生信息核对单》。
B、考生核对个人《大学外语等级考试考生信息核对单》并签字确认后上交各学院。
C、各学院收齐各个考生《大学外语等级考试考生信息核对单》并逐个核对考生报名信息，无误后，汇总上交教务处教务科。
4、2010年3月31日～4月1日
教务处根据学生《大学外语等级考试信息核对单》进行数据核对和修改，汇总报名数据，打印集体报名册，汇总学生照片数据，上报教育厅自考办。
五、 报名费：根据《福建省物价局、福建省财政厅关于规范我省教育英语水平考试收费问题的通知》（闽价［2006］费67号）和《关于教育英语水平类考试收费及分成等相关问题的通知》（闽教考办［2006］37号）文件规定，本次英语四级、英语六级、报名费均为40元。
六、 考试时间：本次四级、六级考试分上、下午进行。英语四级、小语种四级2010年6月19日上午开考，英语六级、日语六级2010年6月19日下午开考。
备注：2009年12月份英语等级考试成绩查询方式：登陆教务系统，信息查询模块的“等级考试查询”
