上海交通大学2010年6月英语四级考试报名

2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试报名通知

2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作已经开始，考试的项目包括大学英语四级、法语、德语、日语、俄语四级，大学英语六级、日语六级（2009年6月起新增）。具体通知如下：
一、考试时间
大学英语四级、法语、德语、日语、俄语四级考试：
2010年6月19日上午9：00；
大学英语六级、日语六级考试：
2010年6月19日下午3：00。
二、考试报名资格：
1、上海交通大学全日制专科、本科、研究生在校生，本科生仅限06级、07级、08级学生；
2、各类全日制成人高等院校本科、专科在校生；
3、修完大学英语四级课程的学生才能报考CET4；
4、大学英语四级考试成绩达到425分以上（含425分）的在校大学生可报考2010年6月的大学英语六级考试。2005年6月以前已获得大学英语四级证书的在校大学生，可凭英语四级证书报考英语六级考试。
5、通过大学日语四级考试的在校大学生可报考2010年6月的大学日语六级考试。
6、考试只能报一个类型，不能同时报考四、六级考试。一经发现，取消考试资格，报名费不退，责任自负。
三、考试报名方式：
上海交通大学闵行校区本科生在2010年3月11日上午9：00—3月19日下午15：00之间登入等级考试报名系统（网址：http://ks.sjtu.edu.cn/）进行网上报名，用户名和密码为学号和选课网密码。报名时请仔细核对本人信息（特别是手机号码），如有问题请登入教学信息服务网，选择“我的个人设定”—–“个人信息”，修改错误信息。修改完成后重新登入等级考试系统查看个人信息是否已更正。如有问题请联系教务处教学行政办公室（新行政楼B327)。
技术学院、网络学院、成人教育学院、研究生院学生报名请咨询所在学院；非本校在校学生不能报名，医学院已回重庆南路校区的学生请去医学院考点报名考试。
四、考试报名收费
本次大学英语四级、法语、德语、日语、俄语四级，大学英语六级、日语六级报名费：25元/科。
财务处将根据网上报名信息统一于4月3日通过学校发放的银行卡扣款，请各位同学相互转告在卡内存入充足的报名金额。
注意事项：
1、请学生务必于2010年3月23日–4月1日去院系教务办核对报名信息，并签字确认，报名信息数据重要, 出错将导致考生无法参加考试,证书信息错误等情况,请各位考生务必仔细核对,如有问题，请及时与教务处教学行政办公室B327联系。一旦签字确认，再有信息（如姓名、身份证号等）不符，数据无法再修改，责任自负。请各院系务必于2010年4月3日前将签字确认信息交于教学行政办。
2、由于学校发放的银行卡内金额不足导致财务处扣款不成功，视为放弃报名，责任由考生自负。
3、网上报名结束后不再接受学生补报名！！请同学相互转告，按时报名。
请各院系老师注意：报名工作时间紧迫，请各院系考生及教务员老师必须按以上时间进行报名以及信息核对工作，过期不候。感谢各位对我们工作的支持和配合。
