山东经济学院2010年6月英语四级考试报名通知

关于做好2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级报名工作的通知

各学院：
 根据山东省教育厅及省教育招生考试院关于全国大学英语四、六级考试报名安排，学校就2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级报名工作安排如下:
一、报名时间：2010年3月18日至3月22日，逾期不报者，将视为自动放弃。
二、报名范围：
 1．2008级、2007级和2006级在校生均可报名。
2．CET-4成绩必须达到425分以上（含425分）的报CET-6。
特别提示：
1. 考生一律不得跨校报考，不得四、六级同时报名。
2．一律不接收校外考生报名，没有学籍的学生（跟读生等）不能报考。
3. 校外四级成绩无效。
4. 没有CET-4成绩或者CET-4成绩不合格者不许报考CET-6，报名者，市自考办将取消其考试资格。
三、报名步骤：
 1．登录报名系统。进入校园网教务处主页,点击“快速通道”栏目中的“四六级报名”，输入用户名和口令，登录现代教务管理系统-WEB服务管理子系统，点击“活动报名”栏目下的“网上报名”，进入全国大学英语四、六级考试报名网页。
2．准确填写相应信息。第一，选择自己应报考的等级。第二，在照片位置查看是否有照片；（1）没有的，请学生本人上传（照片背景为浅蓝色，照片大小约为192X144（高X宽），图象文件名为*.JPG格式）；（2）有的，但是自己不满意或者与本人近期照片变化较大者，可删除照片后，重新上传。第三，请务必准确填写自己18位的身份证号码。第四，点击“确定”按钮，退出系统，报名结束。
特别提示：请报名学生准确选择或填写相应信息，并仔细检查是否有照片，漏填、错填或者没有照片者，将视为报名失败，责任自负。
四、报名信息核对及缴费
 教务科将在3月25日下发各学院报名校对单，报名的学生核对报名信息后签字缴费，报名费每人32元。
五、考试注意事项
 具体考试时间将在山东省招生考试院下发文件后公布。考生进考场时务必准备好身份证、学生证和准考证，证件不全的考生不得进入考场。
