关于2010年6月大学外语四、六级统考网上报名的通知

各学院：
为做好2010年6月大学外语四六级考试报名工作，现将有关具体事项安排如下：
一、报名工作进程安排：
报名工作分三阶段进行：（一）学生登录教务管理系统，进行网上报名。（二）网上报名结束后，教务处导出报名数据反馈给各学院，收取报名费，各学院将不交费及不符合报名条件的学生数据删除，整理好报名数据再报到教务处，同时交费（另发通知）。（三）集中组织照片采集（另发通知）。
二、本次报名语种级别为：英语四级、英语六级、日语四级、俄语四级、法语四级
三、报名条件及要求：
根据省考试院要求，报名考生必须是我院普通在校生，具体要求如下：
1.2006级本科，2007级本专科,2008级本专科学生自愿报名。
2.2009级学生不准报名（当年专升本学生除外）。
3.六级报名资格：大学英语四级考试成绩425分（含）以上，考生凭四级证书报名，收报名费时各院系要严格审查。
4.我校学生在其它院校报考所取得的成绩和证书我校一律不予承认（升入我校的外校专升本学生已在原学校考取的除外）。
5.若发现不符合要求考生，数据将删除，取消报名资格，报名费不退，责任自负。
四、网上报名操作注意事项 ：
1.网上报名基本流程：（1）登录http://jwc.wfu.edu.cn/网站，点击右侧相关网站栏目中的“教务管理系统”选项，输入个人相关信息，进入系统页面。（2）点击“网上报名”选项进入报名页面，输入身份证号码，确认要报的语种级别，在“选择报名”项目下，点击选择框。“是否补考”选项统一选“否”。（3）点击“提交”，显示“报名成功”，完成，同时显示考生个人报名信息。
2.网上报名开放时间：3月15日12：00至3月22日22：00，逾期不再接受报名。
五、考生如果网上报名失败，按如下办法处理：
1.通过各学院反馈相关考生信息，如学号、姓名、专业、报考语言级别等（可以电话联系），待教务处查明原因，解决问题后，仍由考生从网上报名。
2.若仍有特殊问题，根据具体情况，再做相应处理。
六、各学院要及时安排专人负责本学院学生的四、六级报名，严格按照报名要求组织好本学院报名工作，严格按照有关要求报送数据。
特别提醒：各学院要及时通知外出参加实习的学生在离校前完成网上报名及报名费缴纳工作(32元/人次)，由各学院安排专人负责，并提醒学生及时关注信息采集安排。
