长沙民政职业技术学院2010年6月英语四六级考试报名

关于做好2010年6月高等学校英语应用能力A级考试、全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知
长院教通[2010]15号

各系(院)、各班级：
依据湖南省教育厅及湖南省教育考试院相关文件精神，2010年6月全国大学英语四、六级考试定于2010年6月19日(星期六)举行；高等学校英语应用能力A级考试定于2010年6月20日（星期日）举行。请各系督促辅导员组织学生认真阅读此通知，严格按要求和程序做好本次考试的报名工作。结合本院的实际情况，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、报名时间
学院报名时间统一为3月30日至31日。
二、报名条件
1、未通过高等学校英语应用能力A级考试的在校生和毕业生方可报考A级。
2、报考CET4的全日制专科考生须具有《高等学校英语应用能力考试》(A级)合格证书；凡报考CET6的考生，须获得425分及以上的CET4成绩。
3、严禁社会考生及外校学生在我院报名。
三、报名费
A级每人25元，CET4每人26元，CET6每人28元。
四、报名步骤
1、学生请持本人身份证到本班学习委员处报名，同时缴纳报名费，由各班学习委员汇总报名信息，填写集体报名表。按学号顺序填写，否则不接受报名。
2、各班学委收齐集体报名表、报名费，于3月30日—31日上午11：40、下午5：30前统一到办公楼一楼教务处学籍管理办公室缴纳报名费并办理报名手续，过期不予报名。（注：每班限报一次；报名登记表上信息必须填写完整。）
五、报名注意事项及要求
1、在校学生一律在本校报名，不允许跨校报名；在外地实习的考生一律回本校报名参加考试。考生不得同时报考两种级别，一经查出，取消报名资格并不予退费。
2、因没有通过高等学校英语应用能力A级考试而未拿毕业证的往届毕业生请于3月30至4月9日直接到教务处成绩考务办公室办理报名缴费手续，并填写报名信息（含原班级、学号、姓名、性别、身份证号、联系电话），其它毕业生不予接受报名。
3、考生报名时，须到本班学习委员(或辅导员)处交验本人的身份证。由辅导员或学习委员组织填写A级、CET4或CET6集体报名表。
4、辅导员或学习委员严禁接受外班学生和外校考生报考。
5、报名时间截止后，不再接受任何理由的补报名。
6、考生报名结束后，教务处将以班为单位下发报名信息校对稿，请考生确认相关内容并在指定的位置签字认可，然后以班为单位统一上交。此稿一经上交，将上报国家教育考试中心，不能再作任何修改。如出现考生没仔细校对而出现信息错误的，由考生自行负责。
7、考生一律凭准考证和身份证参加考试；考前考生自备好耳机和2B铅笔。
8、按学号顺序填写集体报名表(学号必须填写完整)，如没按学号顺序填写的将退回重填，并不接受其报名。表上姓名必须用楷书填写，字迹工整，不得有错字、别字、同音字，容易混淆的字应特别写清楚。希望各班辅导员或学习委员重视CET的报名统计工作，杜绝漏报、错报现象的发生。
9、各辅导员或学习委员要严格按规定执行，一经发现违规操作，取消该生报名资格，并不予退费，将通报批评并视情节严重进行相应处理。
