关于做好2010年上半年全国大学英语四六级考试、高校英语应用能力考试报名工作的通知
各学部：
根据省考办通知，2010年上半年全国大学英语四六级考试（CET）、高校英语应用能力考试（PRETCO-A）将于6月19日-20日举行。为了做好本次报名工作，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、考试时间
CET4：2010年6月19日上午
CET6：2010年6月19日下午
PRETCO-A：2010年6月20日上午
二、报名对象
CET4：我校已取得《高等学校英语应用能力考试》A级合格证书的专科生和2006级、2007级、2008级非英语专业本科生。
CET6：我校CET4成绩达到425分以上（含425分）的学生。
PRETCO-A：我校2007级、2008级、2009级的非英语专业专科学生；2006级、2007级、2008级艺术体育类本科学生。
考生只能选择一个考试级别报名。
三、报名费用
四级：26元/人、六级：28元/人、能力考试：25元/人，以班为单位，持报名表到培训中心财务室（须刷卡交费）交费。
四、报名程序及要求
1．报名材料：
A．学部报名数据电子文档。
B．加盖财务专用章的报名表原件。
C．2010年6月全国大学英语等级考试报名人数统计表
2．考生数据信息可从强智教务管理系统中的考级管理功能中获取，具体操作步骤：教务系统 考级管理 考级报名管理 选择“考级课程”
选择“考级等级” 选择“考级时间” 点击“查询” 点击“增加”。
“考级报名管理”功能开放时间：3月17日-30日
3．报考CET的考生必须认真阅读并签订《考生诚信考试承诺书》。
4．考生报名后必须进行现场图像采集，具体安排另行通知。
5．请各学部认真组织，确保上报数据的准确性，避免出现漏报、错报。
五、报名时间及地点
报名时间：3月15日-26日，请各学部于3月30日前将报名材料上报教务处考务科。
六、其它
1．各学部负责审核报考资格，对不符合报考条件的一律不得报考，教务处将对报名资格进行审查。
2．教务处不接受个人报名，超过报名期限的，不接受补报。
3．由于使用教务系统进行数据上报，在使用过程中遇到问题，请及时与考务科联系。

为提高我校计划内学生的英语应用能力，激励学生学习，结合我校实际情况，经过学校研究，特制定如下规定：
一、非英语专业本科学生须参加全国大学英语四级考试；非英语专业专科学生须参加高等学校英语应用能力考试A级。
二、艺术类专业本科和专科学生须参加高等学校英语应用能力考试A级。
三、英语专业本、专科学生须参加高等学校专业英语四级考试。
四、非英语专业本科和与英语专业专科学生的英语总成绩由英语课程考试成绩和全国大学英语四级考试成绩构成。英语课程考试成绩须及格并占英语总成绩的60%，全国大学英语四级考试成绩占英语总成绩的40%。
五、非英语专业专科和与艺术类专业本、专科学生的英语总成绩由英语课程考试成绩和高等学校英语应用能力考试A级成绩构成。英语课程考试成绩须及格并占英语总成绩的60%，高等学校英语应用能力考试A级成绩占英语总成绩的40%。
六、英语专业本、专科学生的英语总成绩由专业课程考试成绩和英语专业四级考试成绩构成。本科专业课程考试成绩须及格并占英语总成绩的60%，英语专业四级考试成绩占英语总成绩的40%；专科专业课程考试成绩须及格并占英语总成绩的70%，英语专业四级考试成绩占英语总成绩的30%。
七、全国大学英语考试合格线每年由校学位委员会确定。本科学生合格后才能申请学士学位，专科学生合格后才能获取毕业证书。
八、本规定从2005级本科学生以及2007级专科学生开始实行。
九、本规定由教务处负责解释。
