关于2010年6月大学英语等级考试报名工作的通知

　　2010年6月全国大学英语等级考试报名工作如下：
　　报名对象：全体在校生（全日制在校生和成教在校生）
　　报名时间：2010年3月22日－4月2日
　　报名方法：全日制学生网上报名，成教在校生到成教教务管理部门报名
　　网上报名操作步骤：
　　（1）校园网网址：http://10.20.0.112 校外报名网址：http://jwxt.nbut.cn
　　（2）输入用户名和密码，点击菜单“活动报名”－“网上报名”，选择报名种类（三级、四级或者六级）。
　　（3）所有报名的同学，无论三、四、六级都必需上传照片，照片的要求如下：登记照、蓝色背景、1寸，JPEG格式，文件大小10K左右。上传办法：点击“浏览”按钮－找到照片存放的地址－回到原来页面－点击“上传照片”，这时在页面上面的方框中会出现你上传的照片。不上传照片的报名信息不能提交。
　　（4）核对身份证号码：先核对已经出现的“源信息身份证号”，如果正确，请复制、粘贴到下方的填写栏，尽量不要自己手工填写，以免出现不必要的错误。
　　（5）发现身份证号码错误，请到“信息维护”－“个人信息”中修改身份证号，然后再按照上面的步骤操作。
　　注意事项：
　　（1）教务处不组织考前培训，也不将考试培训和考试资格必然挂钩，如果需要另外培训，请和外语学院联系。
　　（2）报考六级考试的同学必须通过四级考试（考试分数425分及以上），如果未通过四级考试，取消六级考试资格，并不退报名费。
　　（3）一次只能报一种等级考试，一旦发现多报，立即取消考试资格，并不退报名费。
　　报名结束后，教务处将组织信息核对和缴费工作：
　　（1）教务处下发《报名信息核对表》在4月8日——班长组织每一位同学核对信息，并签名。
　　（2）班长根据信息核对单，收取报名费18元，在4月9日凭《报名信息核对表》到财务处交费。上午8：10——11：20 下午1：30——4：00。两边校区的财务处均可交费。
　　交费后，请班长拿着信息核对单、报名费收据上交教务处。东校区交到教务处五，西校区交到翠柏教务处。
　　请各班班长在收费发票上写明以下信息：三级人数、四级人数、六级人数，及班长本人的联系电话。
　　（3）在规定时间内不核对自己考试信息的考生，视为放弃核对信息，并对自己网上报名输入的信息负责。
