徐州师范大学关于2011年下半年全国大学英语四六级测验报名的通知

　　各学院：

　　按照江苏省教育测验院下发的苏教考社[2011]15号文件精力，现将2011年下半年全国大学英语四六级测验报名有关工作通知以下：

　　 1、测验时候

　　2011年12月17日（礼拜六）上午9：00—11：20，进行英语四级测验；下午15：00—17：20，进行英语六级测验。

　　 2、报名前提

　　1．全日制通俗高档院校本科在校生和研究生在校生；

　　2．凡修完大学英语四级课程的学生才能报考大学英语四级测验；

　　3．修完大学英语六级课程且插手大学英语四级测验成绩达到425分以上（含425分）或2005年6月之前已获得四级证书的学生（凭四级证书）才能报考大学英语六级测验；

　　4．我校学生不许可跨校报考，不然获得的成绩黉舍不予承认；遵循教育部测验中间的文件要求，不领受社会职员的报名（包含我校往届毕业生）；

　　5．当次测验4、六级不得同时兼报。

　　 3、报名时候

　　采取网上报名，时候为9月5日—9月19日，网上报名截止后不再领受补报名。请各学院教务秘书尽快通知到每位学生，特别是在校外练习的毕业班学生。

　　 4、网上报名编制

　　1.请登岸师大本科生综合教务办理系统，网址：提示：请同窗们确认已选考级信息中是不是有你本次的报名信息）。

　　2．登岸报名系同必然要当真查对本人信息（照片、身份证号等），若是照片与本人不符请到教务处测验科挂号，同一放置汇集照片。

　　 5、收费

　　1．严格按苏价费〔2005〕111号、苏财综〔2005〕35号文件的规定要求的履行，即四级、六级测验收费标准为每生每次30元。

　　2．报名收费编制采取从每位考生的中国银行卡中划款。请同窗们网报后，9月20日前务必在本身的中国银行卡（黉舍同一发放的缴学费专用卡）中存进金额不低于50元的款额（本身的中国银行卡如有破坏或丢掉，请速与中国银行联系改换或补办）。网报结束后，校计财处将于9月20日从中国银行卡中同一划款（每位考生30元）。报名成功与否所以不是成功划款为准，按照划款成果于9月22日下午发布在“教务在线”上，请各学院教务秘书届时存眷网上信息，并将成果通知地点学院的学生。如因小我卡中金额太少划款不成功而导致报名不成功的，不再伶仃受理，责任由学生本人自大。

　　 6、重视事项
