转发:关于做好2011年12月全国大学英语

　　遵循山东省教育招生测验院《关于做好2011年12月全国大学英语4、六级测验报名工作的通知》的要求，现将本次测验报名前提要求与工作放置以下，请遵循履行。

　　1、测验语种级别、测验时候与语种级别代码

　　说 明

　　本次测验没有小语种

　　2、报名组织

　　1．报名前提 高职高专英语利用能力测试成绩在60分及以上的我院2009级与2010级高职学生。

　　2．重视事项 各二级院接到通知后，并严格遵循以下要求，规范组织报名工作。

　　第一，规范报名法度。教务处讲授办理科为学院测验报名中间，各二级学院设立报名点，以二级学院为单位集体报名，教务处不接管考生小我报名。

　　第二，严格报名资格审查，避免呈现弄虚作假等非正常现象产生。

　　第三，2011级在校生不得提早报名。报考英语四级的考生其高职高专英语利用能力测验成绩低于60分的，不许可报考；报考英语六级的考生必须持英语四级合格证或获得425分（含425）以上英语四级成绩。

　　第四，本校已设考点的考生一概不得跨校报考。

　　第五，2011年12月CET测验不许可社会考生插手，杜尽社会考生插手CET测验环境的产生。

　　不许可私行接管其它考点、非考点院校及社会各类培训班、培训机构的报名。

　　第六，各二级讲授单位不许可限制合适报考资格的考生的报名。

　　3、报名测验费

　　1.遵循山东省教育厅《关于从头核定大学英语4、六级测验收费标准等有关题目的通知》（鲁教财函［2010］18号）规定，每论理学生收取测验报名费32元。

　　2.测验报名费以二级学院为单位收缴。各单位收费结束，将所收用度与缴费学生名单（纸质版）一并交学院收费处（体育看台下北首）。

　　4、报名时候放置及要求

　　1.各二级学院于9月16日～23日组织学生报名、收报名费，严格遵循要求清算本次报名数据库。

　　⑴ 大学英语四级、六级报名数据要别离清算。

　　⑵ 报名根本性数据信息可从电子学籍库（电子版地址：FTP：//10.10.0.99/教务处/讲授办理科/四六级报名文件夹）中寻觅学生相干信息，可避免录进弊端过量。

　　⑶ 考生姓名前不克不及呈现空格，若是姓名中的汉字计较机中确切没有，要用空格代替，不得利用其他符号，并写书面申明材料上报。

　　⑵ 2010级需交电子版照片，布景底色为浅蓝色，图象大小最小为192mmX144mm(高X宽)，成像区大小为48mmX33mm（高X宽），以身份证号定名的彩色照片。

　　4，信息查对

　　报名结束后，教务处将通知报名二级学院领取《报名信息确认单》，由各院组织学生对确认单上所有信息点一一查对并签名确认，若信息有误，由学生本人持《报名信息确认单》与有效身份效证于当日到教务处讲授办理科（行政楼412室）更正，并在新打印的《报名信息确认单》上签名确认。

　　5. 各二级学院将确认无误的《报名信息确认单》存根联按报名挨次收齐、排序后交回，愈期不按要求更正和上交《报名信息确认单》的单位，激发胶葛由责任人承担。

　　本次报名，时候紧、任务重、要求高，各院务必高度正视，当真组织，放置专人负责测验报名工作，确保相干工作的顺利完成。

　　3. 2011年12月大学英语4、六级测验报名模板
