　　1998年山东省对黄河滩区有过一次搬迁整治， 我村 符合当时搬迁条件，不知何种原因，时至今日我村还在黄河滩区原地未动，2001年起济阳县官方地图上就把我村表示在黄河滩区之外，详情见2009年5月8日山东人民广播电台新闻焦点《济阳 黄河滩区群众搬迁何其难》， 中国青年报09年8月8日报道《地图上搬迁的村落还在黄河大堤内》，10年8月5日报道《那100万住在黄河滩里的人》，中国国家英文日报中国日报10年2月5日深度报道《生活在黄河泛滥区的人民》。经过中国青年报09年报道后，济阳县委书记张新文在崔寨镇政府向我村群众承诺，在黄河滩区之外给花二庄群众整块地，通水通路通电后，注；《我村在黄河滩区之外没有土地》，群众自筹资金建房，以后有相关政策我村群众再享受政策，《有录音佐证》有花二庄群众人证，以及崔寨镇党委书记王长军都可以证明其真实性。今年6月份我村群众向山东省第三巡视组反映了情况，巡视组卢组长转到济阳县，济阳县政府毫无理会，两年已过到今天为止关于花二庄搬迁没有实质性进展。近日花二庄群众忽闻县委书记已调走，群众惊呼“被坑爹”感觉被愚弄了，花二庄群众为其博一雅号“坑爹书记”，真是名副其实，名之所归啊！
　　糊弄花二庄群众两三年，说了不做与说废话没有根本性区别，这不是地地道道的坑爹？建议山东省纪委对该同志启动中国共产党员巡视问责程序，严肃换届“5个严禁、17个不准和5个一律”纪律维护党纪国法的严肃性，维护今年换届工作的风清气正，让跑官买官要官糊弄群众的人得到应有之惩罚，还花二庄群众一个朗朗乾坤，一方清平世界。
　　送该同志一幅楹联；得一官不荣，失一官不辱，莫说一官无用，地方全靠一官；
　　吃百姓之饭，穿百姓之衣，莫道百姓可欺，自己也是百姓。
