　　媒体报道 农业部乡镇企业局副局长卢永军11月10日晚7时在农业部办公大楼坠楼自杀，事发后公安部门立即宣布卢永军系自杀。
　　农业部也在卢永军死后的第二天召开内部会议，宣布卢患有抑郁症，没有违纪违法问题，并禁止员工讨论此事。57岁的卢永军马上就到退休年纪，如此死法令人生疑。
　　近日有一个题为“曝汇源果汁惊天黑幕农业部官员卢永军被自杀”的网帖在网上被疯狂转载，网帖称–农业部乡镇企业局副局长卢永军因揭发汇源果汁的果汁类产品全系由水和香精类化学品勾兑而来，因此惹来杀身之祸，于11月10日晚7时在农业部办公大楼被汇源果汁董事长朱新礼高价雇佣来的职业杀手推下楼去，很快就有被高价收买的公安部门和农业部官员宣布卢永军为自杀。
　　来自汇源果汁内部的消息称：高价雇凶杀人的消息在网上被披露后，朱新礼惊恐万分，一方面再拨7000万元的巨资在各个大小网站疯狂删贴，根据网站的影响力每删除一个帖子分别支付几千到几十万不等，同时在汇源果汁内部自查内鬼，并自带数百万现金再找农业部和公安局的兄弟们“灭火”。
　　很快，网上的帖子被删得差不多了，有关部门也没有再追查卢永军的死因，长舒了一口气的朱新礼想到一定是可口可乐因在3年前收购汇源果汁不成而在网上暗箭伤人进行报复，故决定派人搞臭可口可乐，一定要报这一箭之仇。
　　很快就有媒体报道：11月28日 长春一对母子饮用可口可乐美汁源果粒奶优后中毒，其中男孩已毒发身亡。
　　警方鉴定称剩余饮料中含有剧毒农药。据称当地已发生2起同类事件，共有4人中毒。目前同类可口可乐产品已被下架封存。汇源果汁内部员工纷纷议论说这肯定都是他们董事长朱新礼的杰作。
　　内部人士透露说：朱新礼是一个心狠手辣，有仇必报的人，这次他既然认准了是可口可乐在网上曝光了汇源果汁的黑幕，那他就定会把可口可乐彻底搞死，不知将来还会有多少无辜的消费者命丧朱新礼的手中，也不知可口可乐还会怎样报复汇源果汁，请大家一定慎用可口可乐和汇源果汁这两家的产品，以防中毒。
　　卢永军跳楼后6天 有知情人士爆料称卢永军是“被自杀”。因卢永军自2007年起就发现汇源果汁的果汁类产品全系伪造，年产百万吨的汇源果汁在实际生产中并不需要一颗水果，所有的汇源果汁全都是由水和香精类化学品勾兑而来，这样的“果汁”不仅没有任何营养价值，而且有毒其中不少化学品有致癌作用。
　　在官员道德沦丧的今天 颇有正义感的卢永军完全是官员中的另类 他在得知汇源果汁的造假问题后曾准备了300多页的材料多次到农业部和质检总局反应。但早就被汇源果汁重金买通的高官们不仅没有查处，而且将卢永军的行为私下透露给汇源果汁的董事长。
　　据悉传汇源果汁董事长朱新礼曾经多次许以500万元以上的重金要求卢永军闭嘴，但都被拒绝，最后朱新礼无奈，只好高价雇用职业杀手将其做掉。事先都已经得到招呼，将卢永军定为自杀，为此朱新礼共耗资3000多万元。
　　朱新礼创办的中国汇源果汁集团有限公司成立于1992年 2007年在香港挂牌上市，是中国最大的“果汁”生产商。
