注册3G网址被骗

他们打着3G的幌子   ，  进行传销式、洗脑、欺诈销售,该公司通过打电话   ，  发邀请函传真   ，  自称他们是中国移动3G高峰年会,邀请我参加该会议,邀请函称   ，  该活动由国家四部委指导   ，  相关的主办方、战略合作方、赞助方、承办方均为“国字号”相关机构   ，  还有包括广东电视台的在内的媒体参与报导

10年9月12日   ，  我到达了会议举办地-XX花园酒店,他们像招待特别贵宾一样   ，  进行严格的资格审查后   ，  由专人护送入会场,会议刚开始讲师跟与会者谈企业如何在金融危机阶段生存发展   ，  谈中国中小企业存在的问题和解决方法   ，  之后开始谈3G概念   ，  3G的发展等等   ，  进而转向推销他们的“移动商街”   ，  就是通过手机3G的平台   ，  购买他们的“手机域名”后可以拥有“网上店铺”   ，  就好比你低成本拥有了一个商业街的店铺   ，  可以帮助你拓展业务   ，  别人也可以租借你的店铺做生意   ，  你还可以坐享无比巨大的升值潜力   ，  具有如下优点：
1、手机域名唯一注册   ，  实名记录   ，  便于信息跟踪。（可以知道用户是谁   ，  便与商务交流与交易）       
2、唯一性（鼓吹这个是具有唯一性的紧缺资源   ，  搜索时不会出现同名的移动实名）       
3、稀缺性（一旦他人注册   ，  你就无法使用）       
4、增值性（一些热门的关键域名   ，  如果被你抢先注册   ，  将来会有极大的回报）       
5、专有性（不可复用性   ，  注册人专属所有）       

讲师举了多个例子   ，  说有人花几万元抢先注册了xx这个手机域名   ，  然后他就在“xx”这个网页里添加了很多关于xx负面的信息   ，  xx公司因为没有及时取得相应注册   ，  对于这件事情显得毫无办法   ，  最后不得不花了几十万元将这个“xx”的实名买回。

讲师讲了一些时间以后   ，  由很多工作人员将与会者分别请到会议室边的VIP房   ，  把客户一个一个隔开   ，  有时一个人跟你谈   ，  旁边则有人在观察你   ，  有笔记本电脑前坐着的女孩在那查词的   ，  然后有现场的主持人不停的在吆喝   ，  说某某人以多少价格成交了“医药”、“建材”等等手机域名。一个人谈不下你就马上有新的人过来   ，  一般的业务谈不下你就会让资深的来   ，  总之感觉这些销售很厉害   ，  一个比一个说得精彩。总的分工就是有主持人   ，  讲师   ，  会务   ，  财务（现场POS机刷卡   ，  或者收现金）   ，  查词   ，  唱词（现场吆喝的）   ，  销售主谈（就是跟你谈的）   ，  销售副谈（边上坐的   ，  帮腔的）   ，  传词（突然跑你身边来说XX词怎么样怎么样了        你这边要不要   ，  那边有人要）   ，  还有站在会议室门口的多名类似于保安的小伙子（基本上是戒备森严）。如果你要上厕所   ，  他们的销售或者其他相关人员都会陪同走到厕所门口（大概是做贼心虚   ，  怕你与外联络沟通）。但是很多与会者听了他们的演讲后似乎吃了迷魂药   ，  纷纷上前掏腰包   ，  总之是不断传来主持人的吆喝   ，  说有人购买了哪个词（在黑板上有很多他们推荐的词）   ，  现场气氛异常热烈   ，  事后觉得有些付钱的也许只是他们的“托”。

我也在他们的鼓动下   ，  出于投资的考虑   ，  当场刷卡支付了15000元。（详细过程是这样的   ，  他们得知我是在XX工作的   ，  就说XXXX这个词很好   ，  说了很多   ，  然后前边有人说要注册“XXXX”这个词的   ，  但是在我旁边的推销员就说是我要的申请什么保护   ，  在我还来不及思考跟看他们的所谓协议书的情形之下   ，  被他们2位推销员推拥着到财务哪里刷卡交定金   ，  也没说定金是交多少的   ，  就刷了10000元   ，  后来还刷了5000   ，  接着还问要索取其他银行卡来刷或交现金   ，  总之全过程我都没来得及思考和看他们所谓的合同跟协议书   ，  而且合同跟协议书是在我刷卡后才给我看的   ，  过后想想   ，  我头脑发热也不至于这样的   ，  所以怀疑他们在会场   ，  会议室给我喝的水是否有问题   ，  还有会场上的烟雾是否有问题   ，  他们简直就是在抢钱.事后一周之内我也跟他们说要求退钱   ，  但是他们一直不肯   ，  前几天（10月28日）我还专程到他们公司（广州市天河区广园东路XXXX）商谈退款事宜   ，  但是他们就是不肯.还想方设法要我掏钱支付给他们.）

现在想来就是不对,是被骗了   ，  我上网一查吓了一大跳   ，  已经很多人有相同的经历   ，  我真不知道该怎么办
