　　我们只是普通的职工   /   无职也无权   /   对一些为非作歹的行为是敢怒不敢言   /   就拿我们橡胶厂来说   /   我们供给齐翔的所有原料都存在计量不准确的问题   /   这个不准确可不是什么小数目   /   数目大得惊人   /   在供给齐翔的水电气上也存在很大的问题   /   这些人都是厂长黄家栋的亲信   /   这些我们以前也向常振勇反应过   /   而且寄去了相关的证据   /   结果是石沉大海   /   换来黄家栋的亲信对我们的威胁和冷嘲热讽   /   这些蛀虫把他们的亲属十几人安排在齐翔上班   /   他们上下勾结的同时   /   和齐翔内外勾结   /   倒卖橡胶厂的原料   /   疯狂程度令人发指！
　　再说说我们厂长黄家栋吧   /   在用人上是标准的任人唯亲   /   他来橡胶厂后   /   人员进行了几次大调整   /   只要和他不沾亲带故的   /   全部靠边站   /   只要是他的亲属   /   技校同学   /   老乡之类不管什么人   /   不管能不能胜任   /   全部启用   /   安排到重要岗位   /   在橡胶厂大家都知道最管用的文凭是齐鲁公司技校毕业证   /   而且必须是和黄家栋同学的   /   好多有能力有文凭的专业技术人员都被黄家栋架空闲置   /   黄家栋的这种行为让好多人没有信心在胶厂继续呆下去   /   而且黄家栋的这种用人标准在齐鲁公司已经是人尽皆知   /   他之所以有恃无恐是因为常振勇是他的坚强后盾黄家栋太贪了   /   不择手段利用手中的权利谋取私利。别的咱就不说了   /   就说大家看到的吧   /   他来以后以改善职工的工作环境为借口   /   把所有的办公用品   /   小到桌椅板凳都换个遍   /   您不妨让人去查查帐   /   价格贵的惊人   /   而且所有供应商都是淄川的   /   都是他老家的。
　　咱再说说7月29日下午2点发生的集合车间电死一名农民工的事   /   他瞒报事故不说   /   又和齐翔达成某种默契   /   让齐翔把责任全部揽过去   /   事后也不查明事故原因   /   这样不负责任的行为谁还敢上班啊   /   说不定下一个死的就是我们中的一个   /   毕竟事故发生在胶厂凭什么齐翔全揽过去   /   不知道黄家栋又许诺给齐翔什么好处了。
