　　灵宝市电业局城南分局局长李明贤借助他外甥是局纪检书记的根   /    在分局一把手的位置上利用职权吃拿卡要   /    工作一人说了算   /    局里的副局长、科长说话连屁都不如   /    他在用电、安装上对用户百般叼难   /    不给送礼不办事   /    见不到好处乱办事。另外白天不上班   /    夜晚来打牌   /    找他办事都要在晚上办才行   /    这样的局长是怎么为人民服务的啊？？？？？？？？？？强烈要求电业局查办此人。如不行就让检察院去查一查。
